Cecilia Montle, the managing director is in control of the business with 100% shareholding. She sets the overall direction of the business and is in charge of day-to-day operations. Cecilia graduated from Technikon Northern Gauteng (now TUT) with a National Diploma in Financial Information Systems in 1997. Furthermore she obtained a certificate in MCSE, Computer Hardware and Networking from Computer Technical Training Centre in 1999; and a certificate in Basic IT, and computer programming with specialization in C++ and Java languages from IBM-Marang in 2000. Her professional training credentials include a course in PL/SQL fundamentals at Oracle University in 2002; E-Work Workflow Processes at CKB; Rational Software at Software Futures; Certificate in Pastel Xpress in 2009 at Broad Spectrum; a CISCO SMB certificate in 2009; certificate in Solar Water Heater Installation with Cleanheat in 2012; a certificate in Business Management from Goldman-Sachs GIBS 10 000 women certificate programme in 2013 and a certificate with Small Business Development Programme from UJ in 2017.

Her total IT experience include a position of Trainee Programmer at TopICL in 1998 (Zimbabwe), Application and Web Developer at ICT-Works between 2000-2001, Application Programmer/Analyst at Namitech (Pty) Limited between 2001- 2004, Senior Workflow Developer and Business Analyst at Kanimambo Consulting between 2004-2005, Project Management at the then Department of Rural Development. Assessor & Moderator with MICT & Services SETA Respectively and her current position as Managing Director of Mpande Tech since July 2005.

Bonisiwe holds a National Certificate in Management Assistant – N6. Amongst other qualification, through hard work and dedication, she furthered her studies whilst working at Mpande Tech and obtained the following qualifications:

She is responsible for creating a conducive learning environment in an organization, coordinating administration of training and submission of workplace Skills Plan (WSP) to the relevant SETA's. Liaise with the SETA's around issues of skills development. She also has an extensive and understanding the Sector Skills Plan with focus on scares and critical skills planning. .

Leasben Maupa completed his B.Sc Mathematics at Midlands State University in Zimbabwe (2009). He also holds an MSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Poland (2016). A versatile IT graduate, processing strong motivated drive to succeed in the IT industry. Highly developed skills in problem identification and implementation of effective solutions. Comfortable with analysing and understanding data, working under time pressure and presenting himself in professional manner. He began his career as a Junior Software Developer at OpenCampus situated in Germany. He has knowledge in the following programming languages Php, SQL, JavaScripts, JQuery, CSS, HTML5 to mention just a few.

Fabrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Human Resources Management and Certificate in Project Management. Most recently, Fabrice was a Senior Technical Consultant, Operations Manager, Campus Manager and Project Manager.With 8 years’ experience from junior position to management level in Technical and Training department, He is the current Project Manager at Mpande Technologies since 2014.

Siya Mthethwa is Holding N.D IT (Software Development) from DUT. He is fluent in ASP.NET,MVC,.NET CORE, Web API's, MongoDB, MSSQL and LINQ and has successfully completed the following projects:

• Executable file based systems.

He acquired his extensive knowledge from working with Legal Entities, Public Sectors, and Private Sectors as a C# developer and facilitator.
